We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready. If you’re picking it up, you may even be able to collect it on the same day! For deliveries, we have a scheduled service that you can learn more about here.

You can easily access your invoice by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Simply select the order and you’ll have the option to download your invoice.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer and MCB Juice/MAUCAS-compatible apps like POP and Blynk. You can also choose to pay upon pickup for added convenience.

To reset your password, simply click on “Reset Password” and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you encounter any issues, our support team is ready to assist you.
