What Happens if I’m Not at Home?

If you’re unavailable to receive your order, you have the following options:

• Have someone else accept the delivery on your behalf.
• Pick up your order from our warehouse. If the delivery has already been paid for, you will receive a coupon for your next purchase as compensation.
• Reschedule delivery for another day.

Changing Your Delivery Address

To change your delivery address, you can:

• Update the address directly in your account after placing the order, or
• Contact Bedford customer support as soon as possible to request the change.

Delivery of Alcoholic Products

Please note that Bedford reserves the right to refuse delivery of alcohol if the recipient is a minor. Proper identification may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Cost

The flat shipping cost for all deliveries is Rs 250.
